Refund policy

Last updated 2026-09-01

This policy covers the one fixed-price product on this site: the SEO troubleshooting purchase, $400 for one written diagnosis. Every other engagement here is scoped and priced individually before any work starts, so it isn't governed by a table like the one below; see terms of service and the note at the bottom of this page.

Before payment: nothing is charged

Submitting a problem through the contact form is free. I look at it and either accept it or decline it, typically within two business days. If it's declined, no charge ever happens: there is nothing to refund, because nothing was paid. The fixed fee is only requested once a problem is accepted, before the diagnosis work starts.

What happens after payment

Once a problem is accepted and paid, a written diagnosis is due within five business days. If something goes wrong on this practice's side and a diagnosis can't be delivered against what was accepted, that's reviewed case by case and worked out with you directly rather than handled by a fixed table on this page.

How to raise an issue

Use the contact form, name the accepted problem it refers to, and describe what's missing or wrong against what was agreed when the problem was accepted. I reply directly, not through a ticket queue.

Audits, builds, and migrations

A technical SEO audit, an AI search visibility engagement, a website build, or a migration is quoted individually before it starts, so any cancellation or refund term for that specific engagement is confirmed in writing at that time, not governed by this page.

Changes to this policy

This page can be revised, and the "Last updated" date above always reflects the most recent version. A change here does not apply to a problem already accepted and paid before that date.

A question about a payment goes through the same place as everything else: the contact form.
