These terms cover any engagement with this practice: browsing the site, submitting the contact form, and any paid work that follows, including the SEO troubleshooting purchase described below. Using the site or requesting work means accepting these terms.
Who this agreement is with
WitNip Inc (Delaware, USA) is the entity behind nipunarora.me and every engagement run through it. Nipun Arora founded WitNip Inc; references to "I," "this practice," or "we" below mean the same entity.
What this practice does
Technical SEO audits, AI search visibility work, schema markup, website development, and website migration, each scoped and priced individually before any work starts. The current list lives on the services page and stays current there rather than duplicated here. The one exception is the SEO troubleshooting purchase below, which is the single fixed-price offer on the site.
The SEO troubleshooting purchase
Full detail lives on the SEO troubleshooting page; this section states the parts of it that are contractual terms, not just a service description.
Submitting a problem through the contact form is free and commits neither side to anything. A problem is accepted or declined before any payment is requested: acceptance means the problem is specific and nameable enough for one written diagnosis to answer, and the fixed fee is due once accepted, before the diagnosis work starts. A declined problem is never charged. The purchase covers one written diagnosis of one accepted problem only, in writing, and does not include implementation of the fix or a call.

No outcome guarantee
Every engagement here, paid or free to submit, is judged on the accuracy and evidence behind the work delivered, not on a promised result. Whether a specific ranking, an AI-assistant citation, or a traffic number changes after a fix ships depends on more than any one document this practice hands over, including factors outside this practice's control such as a search engine's own ranking systems or an AI assistant's own retrieval behavior. No engagement on this site is sold with a guaranteed ranking, guaranteed citation, or guaranteed traffic outcome.
Deliverables and intellectual property
A written diagnosis, an audit report, or another delivered document is yours to use once it's paid for and delivered. This site's own content, including its methodology write-ups, brand name, and code, stays the property of WitNip Inc unless agreed otherwise in writing. Neither side's use of the other's material extends beyond what a specific engagement actually covers.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law where you live allows it, this practice's liability for any engagement is limited to the amount actually paid for that engagement, and excludes indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost rankings that a delivered document did not directly cause. Nothing here removes a right that cannot legally be excluded under your own jurisdiction's consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States, WitNip Inc's state of incorporation. For a client based in Dubai, UAE, nothing here overrides a mandatory right held under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection; where the two conflict, the client's own mandatory local right applies.
Changes to these terms
This page can be revised, and the "Last updated" date above always reflects the most recent version. A change here does not apply retroactively to an engagement already agreed before that date.
